This policy explains how orders are processed and shipped. Specific times and costs are confirmed with you at the time of your order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. An order placed outside business hours begins processing on the next business day.
If an item turns out to be unavailable or delayed after your order is placed, we will contact you with the options rather than leaving the order open indefinitely.
2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We ship using established carriers, and the service used depends on the size, weight and value of the items ordered. Transit time is additional to processing time and depends on the carrier, the service selected and the destination.
Any delivery estimate given is an estimate, not a guarantee. Once a shipment is with the carrier, its progress is in the carrier's hands.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost depends on the items ordered and the destination. Oversized, heavy and freight shipments cost more to move than parcel-sized items. The shipping cost applicable to your order is confirmed with you before the order is finalized.
4. Tracking
Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking details and believe your order should have shipped, contact us with your order number.
5. Oversized and Freight Shipments
Large televisions, floor-standing speakers, large subwoofers and similar items may ship by freight rather than standard parcel carriers. Freight deliveries commonly involve:
- the carrier contacting you to arrange a delivery appointment;
- kerbside delivery, meaning the driver is not required to bring the item indoors;
- someone being present to receive and sign for the delivery.
We will tell you if your order ships this way so you can plan for it.
6. Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully. Once an order has shipped, the address generally cannot be changed, and address corrections made through a carrier may incur a fee. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied to us.
7. Inspecting Your Delivery
Inspect your delivery when it arrives. If the packaging or the item shows damage:
- note the damage on the carrier's delivery paperwork if you are asked to sign;
- photograph the packaging and the item before unpacking further;
- keep all original packaging and packing material;
- contact us promptly so a claim can be made in time.
Carriers impose strict deadlines on transit damage claims, and they will not consider a claim once the packaging has been discarded.
8. Lost Shipments
If tracking indicates a shipment is lost or has stalled, contact us. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you informed. Carrier investigations take time, and we cannot resolve a claim faster than the carrier processes it.
9. International Shipping
Where we ship outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges. These are set by the destination country and are not included in any shipping cost quoted by us.
